Can I purchase Tridentine beer on this site?

Unfortunately, Tridentine beer is not sold on this site.  There are active efforts underway by Tridentine Brewing to bring our beer to market.  Please sign up for our newsletter, and follow us on social media, to be informed regarding our launch of the beer!   Your prayers for the successful commercial launch of the beer, Lord willing, are greatly appreciated!


Are items on the Tridentine Brewing store Made in America?

Tridentine Brewing strives to curate items that are not only are made in America, but specifically sourced from fellow faithful Catholics where possible.  If the item is manufactured, printed, embroidered, etc. within America, this information is provided on the individual item listing.  That said, while the vast majority of items on the store are sourced from these United States of America, some items may have been sourced from a foreign source due to there being no equivalent product available within the States.


Does Tridentine Brewing support any charitable causes with the sale of merchandise?

Tridentine Brewing is proud to support various faithful Catholic organizations, for which we have brewed beer(s) in honor of. Those organizations include:

For branded merchandise which corresponds with the beer honoring a respective organization, Tridentine Brewing will donate 10% of net profits on the sales of said merchandise to the organization.  Each item in the store honoring a specific organization, will list this within the description.


Is sales tax collected on the sale of items?

Yes, Tridentine Brewing is required to collect sales tax on all transactions, by the State of Illinois.


Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

Can items be returned?

Items can only be returned if the item was damaged upon receipt, or the wrong item was received. All sales are final, including T-shirts. Our shipping policy can be found here.


I received my item damaged, can it be returned and refunded?

We will be happy to replace any item(s) that were received damaged or to refund your purchase for damaged items. Please email Orders@Tridentinebrewing.store along with your name, Order ID, a description of the damage, and any picture(s) of the damage.  A representative will be happy to assist in addressing the situation. 


I received an incorrect item, can it be returned and the correct item sent?

We will be happy to replace any item(s) that were sent incorrectly or to refund your purchase for incorrectly fulfilled items. Please email Orders@Tridentinebrewing.store along with your name, Order ID, a description of the incorrect item which do not match your order, and any picture(s) of the incorrect item.  A representative will be happy to assist in addressing the situation. 


Can items be gift wrapped?

We are not offering gift wrapped options for purchased items at this time.


Will a printed receipt be sent with my purchase?

An order confirmation, including a receipt of purchase will be sent to the email the customer provided at the time of purchase. All orders are mailed with an itemized packing slip.


Can my order be shipped internationally?

At this time, we are not able to complete international orders. We are actively working towards fulfilling international orders for the future. At this time, we are shipping to all 50 U.S. states and Washington D.C. Please stay tuned for developments on international shipping from Tridentine Brewing.


My order has not been received yet, what happened?

Custom items are made to order including, patches, rosary bags, and wood plaques. Please allow extra time for these crafted items to be made to order before they can be shipped. Your order status can also be tracked through your log in with Tridentine Brewing and the email you provided with your order. All other items are targeted to be shipped out within 5 business days from the time of ordering. Please also allow extra time for shipping to include government holidays. Any other questions or concerns regarding a delay with the receipt of your order can be emailed to orders@Tridentinebrewing.store


Will my order arrive in time for a special occasion?

Orders made for a special event, holiday or otherwise specific date should be placed at least 2 weeks in advance of the date it is needed to ensure it is received in time. For custom orders (patches, rosary bags, and wood plaques) at least 3 weeks advance is recommended to ensure it is received in the time it is needed. We appreciate our customers’ patience and understanding on this matter and strive to complete all orders as timely as possible.
