Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL:

Returns are accepted for 14 days from the date of delivery for damaged shipments and incorrect items only.

Please contact us at orders@tridentinebrewing.store for return authorization and directions. 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, and Tridentine Brewing agrees that damage has in fact occurred or the incorrect item was in fact sent, we will issue the refund and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5 business days for refund following our receipt of the product(s).
